CABIN
RULES • There is NO SMOKING permitted inside the cabins. Smoking is allowed outside. Please
use ashtrays. Smoking inside will
result in a $75 CLEANING FEE. •
Please respect the property. Fees for damage to property (including graffiti)
will be charged. •
Inside furniture stays inside. Outdoor furniture stays outside. • If
you have a problem, please contact the office immediately. • Do not pour grease down drains.
Use tin cans provided. Place full cans in plastic bag, and place in dumpster. • Do
not put anything in the toilet other than our toilet paper. No towels, sanitary supplies, food, liquid, grease, trash or other personal items. Damage to the septic system is expensive. • Don't
burn garbage (including bottles, cans, or plastic) • Dispose of all garbage in dumpster at check-out.
Ask about recycling. •
No tents, campers, RVs, ATVs or snowmobiles are permitted. • Park
in designated areas only. • Be considerate of your neighbors and watch your noise level.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm - 7:00am. • No fireworks or firearms (including bb &
pellet guns, bows & arrows, etc) discharged on the property. • Kegs of beer are not permitted.
No dartboards are permitted. • 5 MPH speed limit at all times. WATCH FOR CHILDREN &
PETS. PETS • Cats are not allowed in cabins (including ours). • Well
behaved dogs are permitted & must be kept on a leash. • Dogs are not to be tied outside
while no one is present. • Dogs must be kept in a kennel if left in the cabin while
you are out. •
Dogs must be kept quiet out of respect for your neighbors. • ANY
DAMAGE DONE BY PETS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANT. FIRE • Fires are to
be contained inside the fire rings at all times. Do not leave fire burning unattended. • Do
not stack wood on the floor inside the cabins. • If you split wood, do so only outside, on the
ground. •
Do not cut trees (dead or alive). WILDLIFE • Do
not feed the wildlife. • You are in the forest. You may encounter bears, deer, or
other animals. LEAVE THEM ALONE.(See Pictures) • Bats, squirrels, insects, mice etc. are all
part of the forest. Please be tolerant of these animals. These rules are for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. If you break
these rules or the law, you may be asked to leave with no refund. Additional fees may be charged.
